NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAM(CNA)
The nursing assistant certificate program is designed to take 26 weeks to complete, and there are two learning platforms to choose from: hybrid and face-to-face, depending on your preference. The total cost for either program is Ksh 72,500, which can be paid in installments. To start the course, you must deposit Ksh 35,000 and clear the balance by the end of the 15th of the third month. For international students, the cost is US$720, and they can pay via PayPal or bank-to-bank transfer. This program is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a nursing career and wanting to learn the necessary skills and knowledge to become a nursing assistant.
N/B Hybrid learning is a teaching method where teachers
simultaneously instruct students in person and remotely.
- Wednesdays 2000-2200 EAT
- Thursdays 2000-2200 EAT
- Saturdays 1530-2000 EAT
- Exams are done either on Mondays, Saturdays or Sundays at the Hybrid Learning Sites/via a secured link
Participation in WhatsApp group class discussions are mandatory.
Students must go for 8 weeks of mandatory hospital rotation to be awarded certificates.
Students are encouraged to have medical cover (NHIF or private health insurance) and to have completed the hepatitis vaccine schedule before proceeding on hospital attachment.
FACE-TO-FACE CLASS SCHEDULE
-MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM
-MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8 AM- 1 PM OR 1:15 PM TO 7:30 PM
- Exams are done on Fridays

MINIMUM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- High school certificate (at least D-)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Access to a smartphone or a computer
- Ability to lift 50 pounds of weight
